Petroglyphs

These petroglyphs are located at my ranch in New Mexico. They are Archaic, dating back to 2000 B.C. and were carved by the Mogollon people. Originally the petroglyph was only the round body, at some point over the following 1,000 years, the head was added. Buffalo gourds are growing over the petroglyphs. Buffalo gourds were used as medicine by the Mogollon people.
