YELLOW HORNED POPPY

This flower is in full bloom. This flower is an amazing piece of architecture. I used metallic threads in the stamen and along the edges of the petal where the light is reflected to give the flower a shimmer. I chose to frame the flower with a fiber matte and a glowing frame to compliment my Fiber Art.
